is the MD of the Leela group of companies. He is a workaholic.
His father Pappettan was a coolie , brother Hari an MBA and his
wife Revathy and Appu's wife Aswathi are his family. Appu is very
fond of his brother Hari. Papettan has his own success story where
he started his life as a head loader in Kozhikode market. Hari
arrives from England completing his MBA and starts managing the
business. He expresses his dislike over several decisions taken
by Appu and the difference starts reflects in their family.
Sivan,
M.D of Bharath Motors who wants Leela Group to go down influences
Hari through his secretary Vani and her lover Deepak to turn him
against his brother. Deepak is murdered by Hari and Appu takes
the blame. Sivan next plots to take over the Leela group of companies.
Appu comes out on bail and takes revenge on Sivan.
V
M Vinu has effectively shown the father and son relationship but
otherwise the story has nothing new to offer. Mammooty as Appu
has a cake walk since he has done similar roles. Innocent as Pappaettan
who has done a great job and Mohini as Appu's wife Aswathi too
does a good job. Rest of the casting are Indrajith as Hari, Gopika
as Revathi, Sai Kumar as Sivan, Sindhu Memon as Vani, Riyaz Khan
as Deepak.
